To reinforce our commitment to you, we are dedicated to closely monitoring the development of current events as they continuously change on a local, national and global level.

    • Product Availability: We are not experiencing any disruptions in product supply.
    • Customer Support: Our customer Support Team and office staff are working from home, and available on email and phone. There may be slight delays in shipping, but nothing that will be significant. We’re still here and available to you.
    • Shipping: Due to the current surrounding closures, logistics and national security measures, order processing and shipping will take 5-7 business days. Thank you for your patience! We're doing everything in our power to get your order shipped your way.
      We are working closely with our staff and suppliers to reduce any impact of disruption where possible. There are currently no such disruptions experienced locally in relation to COVID-19. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and keep you updated.
