Terms and Conditions for Scotch Porter Sampling

1. Samples for Promotional Distribution Only: All products provided by Scotch Porter are intended solely for the purpose of promotional distribution at the specified event. These products may not be resold or used for any commercial purpose. Any violation of this term may result in immediate disqualification from current and future sponsorship programs, and may lead to legal action where applicable.

2. Submission of Proof of Distribution: The applicant agrees to submit photographic evidence of the distribution of the Scotch Porter products within 14 calendar days after the event’s conclusion. Failure to provide such proof within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture of future sponsorship opportunities. By submitting this application, the applicant grants Scotch Porter a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use any submitted images or other media in any marketing, promotional, or advertising material without limitation or compensation to the applicant.

3. Request Evaluation and Response Time: All sponsorship requests will be reviewed within 7 calendar days from the date of submission. Scotch Porter will notify the applicant of the decision (approval or decline) via the provided contact information. The decision is final and at the sole discretion of Scotch Porter.

4. Reservation of Rights to Decline: Scotch Porter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any sponsorship request without providing any reason or explanation. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, and applicants should not assume acceptance based on prior approvals or engagements.
